I guess word got to my manager that I’m unhappy working full time hours without the full time pay. At the end of the night he was like “come ‘ere” and  dapped me $20 and said “Thanks for workin so hard.”

This is why I didn’t speak to him about the issue. He might think I care about the hours, but it’s really the payroll which he has no control over.

Then again, maybe he’s just being nice. I felt bad for taking it but he insisted. I told him it really, really ment a lot to me.

He might know how much it does. He might not. I won’t ask.

Mini Rant

Today started off well hangin with my baby, but turned out pretty shitty.

1. Union rep at Giant basically told me I can’t get full time pay but still work full time hours because bleh.

2. Worn out hanging out with the overly bro Sherwood kids over in Olney

3. Attempting to jam with Blarl, Pat and Ryan is no use. They’re not on my level of musical ability at all. Not even close. I feel to much like a teacher. They also believe that reggae is only influenced by reggae. When I tell them to listen to R&B and Bluegrass to expand their horizons, they ignore me. I’m about to just withdraw from the band.

4. Computer broke, I spent the rest of my night fixing it, cost me 150 bucks.

5. This is my only day to unwind aside from Saturday which will inevitably wear me out.
